Terms of Service

1. About the service

HighPress is a free prediction service for football tournaments where you can predict match results, create groups with friends and compete on the leaderboard. The service is currently run as a private project without commercial purpose.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on your own.
• Users under 13 may use HighPress with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may only create an account with your own email address and may not impersonate anyone else.

3. Children and young people

Children and young people under the age of 13 may use HighPress with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and under their responsibility. The guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the service and for ensuring that the content shared is appropriate.

The group administrator is responsible for ensuring that people invited to private groups have the right to participate and that the necessary consents exist when minors are invited.

4. Use

You may not:

• use the service in a way that breaks the law,
• post hate, threats, harassment or inappropriate content in comments or group names,
• try to circumvent security measures, scrape data or overload the service,
• use the service for real-money betting or gambling.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in case of serious breaches.

5. Content you create

You own your own content (comments, group names, predictions). You grant us a simple license to display it within the service to other members of the same group.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free. We may change, pause or shut down the service — for major changes we try to give advance notice.

7. Limitation of liability

HighPress is not liable for indirect damages, lost winnings in prediction contests, or lost predictions due to service disruptions. Match data comes from a third-party source and may in rare cases be delayed or incorrect.

8. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Major changes will be communicated by email or in the app. By continuing to use the service you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by Danish courts.
